Refunds and Returns Policy
You have 3 days to decide if an item is right for you. If not, you can contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty or damaged.
Before you ship any returned items, please inform us. Return shipping method and associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Procedure
Please contact us on WhatsApp/phone with your order details, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
After receiving return instructions, please package the item(s) in their original packaging. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the return item(s) from you.
Please note that there will be a delivery charge for exchanges and we only allow one exchange. The item(s) must be in their original condition with the tags intact. Exchange processing may take up to 2 working days.
Most returns and refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
Please note that discounted items are not eligible for exchange or returns.
If the item(s) are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return delivery costs.
