Local delivery
Our courier company will reach out to you via text message or call on the phone number you provided at checkout to let you know when your order will arrive. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays, Saturdays, Public holidays, and Mercantile holidays.
International Shipping

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
At Colony, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return unused and in its original condition items within 3 days of delivery for a refund. Note that ship costs for the return will be deducted.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@wearcolony.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll address each case individually and strive for a satisfactory solution.
